Corporate Counsel

We are honored to provide general counsel services to small and medium sized businesses that do not have in-house legal counsel. Our clients range from medical practices, to credit card processing companies, to non-profit ministries.

Constitutional Law

Thousands of hours of work in Washington, D.C., and in government offices have provided The Jauregui Law Firm with the skills that clients need when applying the principles of constitutional law.  We have been honored to represent both the powerful and the weak in this area, evidenced by our client list which includes two former state Chief Justices, a former governor, and other public officials and individuals who are in need of constitutional counsel.

We focus our practice on all aspects of estate and trust planning, trusts to provide for and protect children, contingent trust planning to minimize estate taxes, charitable estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
