Mr. Jauregui is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as all Alabama State and local courts. He has worked with and continues to work with attorneys in over 45 states.

Phillip Jauregui is the President of the Judicial Action Group, a former member of the Council for National Policy, and a past board member for the crisis pregnancy center Sav-A-Life, Prison Fellowship, and Wealth Counsel, the largest national organization of estate and trust planning attorneys. He also serves as a trustee of Church of the Highlands. In 2006, he was appointed to the Honor Corps of the Alliance Defense Fund.

Mr. Jauregui has served as a guest host for talk radio shows, has appeared on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes, CNN's Paula Zahn Show, CNBC's Capitol Report, ABC's Good Morning America, and other news programs. His legal work has been featured in various publications including the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and others.

Mr. Jauregui is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and received his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. He is married to the former Jennifer Marie Piper of Montgomery, Alabama, and they live in Birmingham, Alabama with their two sons: Phillip III, and Samuel.
