Biography

Mr. Jauregui has served as legal counsel to numerous individuals and businesses. His clients and former clients including two former Chief Justices of the Alabama Supreme Court, one current Justice of the Court, a former Governor of the State of Alabama, and local businesses and families.

Mr. Jauregui is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as all Alabama State and local courts. He is a member of Wealth Counsel, L.L.C., which is the largest national organization of estate and trust planning attorneys. Mr. Jauregui is also the President of the Judicial Action Group, a member of the Council for National Policy, a trustee of Church of the Highlands, and a past board member for Sav-A-Life, and Prison Fellowship. In 2006, he was appointed to the Honor Corps of the Alliance Defense Fund.

Mr. Jauregui has served as a guest host for local talk radio shows, has appeared on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes, CNN's Paula Zahn Show, CNBC's Capitol Report, ABC's Good Morning America, and Fox's Good Day Alabama. His legal work has been featured in publications including the Birmingham News, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and others.

Mr. Jauregui is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and received his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. He is married to the former Jennifer Marie Piper of Montgomery, Alabama, and they live in Birmingham, Alabama with their two sons: Phillip III, and Samuel.
